A DUI defense firm built by a former prosecutor
Rob Samudrala opened DUI Defense Group in 2008 after prosecuting DUI cases as a Deputy District Attorney with the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office from 1995 to 1998. The firm does one thing: defend people charged with DUI and related driving offenses in Southern California.
How we work
You work directly with Rob. We do not hand cases to junior associates. Our intake team requests your DMV hearing inside the 10-day window, and Rob reviews your evidence himself.
What we focus on
DUI and traffic-related criminal defense only. Because we do not take every kind of case, we stay current on DUI law, chemical testing, and how each county’s courts handle these charges.
